The band are set to release a new song this week.
Frontman of Aussie punk stalwarts Painters & Dockers, Paulie Stewart, will be undergoing surgery soon following an accident that has cause severe bleeding to the brain.
The news comes ahead of the band's anticipated Back To The Corner gig at Melbourne's Corner Hotel this Saturday, as well as a brand new single, Holiday On Ice, premiering on theMusic.com.au on Tuesday.
Stewart has insisted that "the show must go on" without him this weekend.
"I'm so sorry to let everyone down, I was so looking forward to this show," Stewart said.
