Grammy award-winning Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL are back with their new song, Music Is Better.
A song that’s been anticipated since the group premiered it at Coachella earlier this year, was it worth the wait? Absolutely.
The Aussie electronic band has shared a euphoric new banger that’s ready to fill dancefloors and get pumped on your car stereo. Music Is Better is a fitting addition to their already rich discography.
On Instagram, RÜFÜS DU SOL wrote that their new song is for celebrating and marks the beginning of more new music.
“New music out everywhere today,” the band said. “This one is for celebrating. Excited to share more soon”.

Music Is Better is the follow-up to RÜFÜS DU SOL’s 2021 album, Surrender, and arrives ahead of the band’s only live show this year, with the band set to headline the Portola Festival in San Francisco on Saturday, 28 September.
After kicking off 2022 by winning a Grammy for best recording for their song Alive, the band went on to internationally tour their fourth studio album, Surrender, to critical acclaim.
Last year, RÜFÜS DU SOL were nominated for the Best Dance/Electronic Recording Grammy Awards (attributed to On My Knees) and Best Dance/Electronic Album for Surrender.
On the home front, RÜFÜS DU SOL were also nominated for a number of categories at the ARIA Awards and won Best Produced Album. They also completed a string of sold-out Australian shows that had homegrown audiences falling in love with them all over again.
