The lineup for this year’s edition of Promiseland – billed as Australia’s biggest multicultural music festival – has officially landed, sporting five massive headliners: Rema, Metro Boomin, Asake, Jorja Smith and Miguel.
The full bill sports an eye-watering 79 acts, including a handful said to be delivering “special guest performances” across the weekend: Busta Rhymes, Omah Lay, Tiwa Savage, Shenseea, Beenie Man, Ruger and Shallipopi.
Elsewhere on the poster, some of our most notable standouts include Coterie, Hooligan Hefs, Youngn Lipz, B Wise, Kaiit, Manu Crooks and Pania.
Promiseland 2024 will go down at Doug Jennings Park on the Gold Coast, running over the long weekend of Friday October 4, Saturday 5 and Sunday 6. Tickets will go on sale at 12pm AEST next Wednesday (April 17) following a presale that kicks off at the same time a day earlier (April 16). Head here for more info on all ticket sales.
In a press statement, Promiseland co-director Emal Naim said of this year’s edition: “With this lineup, we firmly believe Promiseland cements itself as a festival staple in Australia, we’re proud of what we’ve done in [2022] and [2023], and can’t wait to deliver a global festival standard to Australian fans this October long weekend.”
