The Grammy Award-winning artist has set aside two dates during his 2015 Aussie sojourn
Acclaimed bluesman Keb' Mo' will play a pair of headline dates in Melbourne and Sydney early next year when he's in the country for the forthcoming Byron Bay Bluesfest.
The three-time Grammy winner will take to the stage at Melbourne Recital Centre on Tuesday, March 31, as well as Sydney's Factory Theatre on Monday, April 6, providing Aussie punters with two up-close-and-personal chances to hear work from the venerated string-smith's most successful release in nearly two decades, BLUESAmericana.
Coming twenty years after the release of his enduring debut Keb' Mo', the album draws on an adulthood of experience learning alongside some of the blues' foremost performers, including saxophonist Monk Higgins and consequent B.B. King rhythm guitarist Charles "Charlie Tuna" Dennis, as well as time spent honing his own distinct touches on the sad-jam soundscape.
