Jimmy Barnes & James Reyne Lead Rock The Boat 2025 Line-up

“Australia’s hottest rock cruise”, Rock The Boat, will return in October 2025 for a mega festival event starring your favourite local rockers.

Headlined by Australian rock royalty Jimmy Barnes and James Reyne, the festival also stars Ian Moss, Daryl Braithwaite, The Angels, Russell Morris, Glenn Shorrock & Brian Cadd, Mahalia Barnes, Chocolate Starfish, Thirsty Merc, Sarah McLeod, and more.

Rock The Boat also hosts a bunch of tribute shows, including Lennon: Give Peace A Chance ft Steve Balbi, Don’t Change – Ultimate INXS, Dirty Deeds, Yacht Rock Revival, The 80’s Rock Show, The Buddy Holly Show, and more. You can check out the full line-up below.

2000+ punters will embark on the Carnival Luminosa ship on Sunday, 19 October, before journeying for “Fun Days” across the sea on Monday, 20 and Tuesday, 21 October. On Wednesday, 22 October, the cruise arrives in Noumea, New Caledonia, before entering Mare, New Caledonia, on Thursday, 22 October.

On Friday (23 October) and Saturday (24 October), the Carnival Luminosa ship returns to sea for its Fun Days before travelling back to Sydney on Sunday, 25 October.

In addition to announcing the line-up and dates, Rock The Boat 2025 is offering an Early Bird sale. Punters can purchase Early Bird tickets for a limited time and save up to $1,000 per cabin.
