Another massive weekend is ahead!
Isol-Aid returns with another huge line-up this week!
Melbourne artist Georgia Maq is set to headline the Saturday event. Late last year, the Camp Cope vocalist and guitarist shared her debut solo album, Pleaser, which took out The Music's Album Of The Week on its surprise release.
Maq will be joined on the line-up by Ali Holder, Bernadette Novembre, Damon Smith, Dannika, Half Waif, Las Mar, Mz Neon, Oceanator, Paul Jacobs, Pom Pom Squad, Reb Fountain and Sachem.
Orygen Executive Director Professor Patrick McGorry AO will lead this week's Acknowledgement Of Country and as a leading researcher into youth mental health, Professor McGorry will also lead a Q&A session about mental health.
“Orygen is delighted and thrilled to partner with Isol-Aid," he said.
"Our mental health and wellbeing is precious and precarious, and COVID has brought that to the front of all of our minds. We are searching for ways to inject some happiness and connection and joy into our lives to keep us going through this ordeal. Isol-Aid is one super way to do this. Young people have been especially hard hit by the pandemic, and hope and a strong safety net are lifesavers.
“I encourage anyone to submit questions about how to manage their mental health or how to reach out and support others – which is imperative we all do.”
