Australia’s beloved music-meets-sport charity event, the Reclink Community Cup, returns to Brisbane this July, providing family-friendly entertainment for all attendees and the opportunity to support Reclink Australia programs within Queensland.
Every dollar raised from the Brisbane match will directly benefit Reclink Australia programs. Tickets are available now via the Oztix.
On Sunday, 28 July, the Brisbane edition of the Reclink Community Cup returns to its stomping grounds of Enoggera Memorial Park.
The day is all about celebrating community, live music, fundraising and, of course, a grassroots AFL match between Brisbane musos donning guernseys as the Rocking Horses and their arch rivals: the Brisbane media/music industry (aka the Brisbane Lines).
Speaking of live music, this year’s event is led by none other than rising rock band Full Flower Moon Band, indie rockers Betty Taylor, and rapper SAB.
Brisbane Lines is led by 4ZZZ stalwarts, ABC Sport and Rebel FM staffers and music industry workers from Dew Process, Gyrostream, QMusic, The Princess Theatre and Incremental Records – to name a few organisations getting involved.

The Reclink Community Cup is celebrating nine years in Brisbane and 31 years since its debut in Melbourne.
Every fun community event needs a theme, and this year’s is Insufficient Funds – named after an Eddy Current Suppression Ring song.
Since 2016, the Brisbane leg of the Reclink Community Cup has raised over $85,000 for Reclink’s sport, art and recreation program in Queensland, improving life outcomes for people experiencing mental illness, family violence, homelessness, social isolation, gambling harm, unemployment, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation.
