Australian producer FISHER is set to play in the middle of Central Park in New York City this October.
Announced as part of We Belong Here’s multi-day festival, the DJ will headline the 360 stage on the Sunday (October 6).
He’ll be joined by American DJ royalty Kaskade and German producer Monolink as the headliners for the first two days.
The rest of the lineup has yet to be announced, but the organisers have confirmed that it will be “packed with performances from world-renowned DJs and Live Electronic acts.”
In a statement, organisers wrote, “We’re putting our heart and soul into bringing you a weekend beyond imagination. This is just a taste of the full lineup, which will be packed with performances from world renowned DJs and Live Electronic acts. You can expect our full festival experience including local food, art, vendors and more.
“Whether you’ve danced with us on the beaches of Miami, have been to a pop up around New York, or are just discovering us now… you’ve found where you belong!”

We Belong Here are known for their unorthodox venue choices, trying to give “music experiences in unique settings” to punters. Other locations include NYC’s Pier 16, Governor’s Island, and even a secret rooftop bar.
This performance comes after a massive year for FISHER—receiving two plaques for platinum singles, playing Australia’s biggest-ever beach party, and becoming a father a few weeks ago. 2024 is a year to remember for the DJ.
FISHER’s inaugural music festival, Out 2 Lunch, injected over $50 million into the Gold Coast economy.
30,000 fans sold out the event in minutes, and with interstate travellers (maybe even some visitors from New Zealand) heading to the exclusive Gold Coast event, accommodation was sold out across the Gold Coast.
Following the festival’s successful run, FISHER said, “That was so special… honestly one of the best days of my life … 30,000 of us going mad on the beach in my hometown!!!!! This is what dreams are made of. Thank you so much for being a part of it.”
