Carlos Santana has collapsed onstage during a US show.
Reports are that the guitar legend passed out in Michigan 20 minutes into his set, with Variety noting that Santana fell backwards off the drum riser before medical personnel rushed to him.
Despite Fox reporters claiming the crowd was asked to pray for Santana, citing a “serious medical” issue, the guitarist was seen waving to fans as he was wheeled off stage.

Back in December, Santana cancelled a run of shows due to an unscheduled heart procedure.
In a statement, he said that he was having surgery due to an issue with his chest.
“I’m going to be taking time off for a little bit to make sure that I replenish and rest,” he said.
Following the procedure, Santana manager Michael Vrionis noted that the guitarist was doing “fantastic” and was “anxious to be back on stage soon”.
“He profoundly regrets that this ‘speed bump’ necessitated the cancellation of his upcoming performances,” Vrionis said.
