Celebrating 35 years as a solo performer.
The Go-Go's lead vocalist and solo artist Belinda Carlisle has today announced she'll be heading around Australia next year for a huge national tour.
Commemorating three and a half decades of writing and performing under her own name, Carlisle will play around the country, performing a range of tunes from her extensive back catalogue.
Carlisle gained huge notoriety in the '80s as frontwoman for pop-rock outfit The Go Go's, with hits like Vacation and Our Lips Are Sealed. The band were also inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame this year, over 40 years since their initial formation.
The singer went on to become a massive name in her own right, releasing hit singles like Mad About You and Heaven Is A Place On Earth, as well as continuing to perform on and off with The Go-Go's.
The tour will kick off Astor Theatre in Perth on Tuesday 8 February 2022 and then head to Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo, Canberra, Sydney (two shows), Wollongong, Newcastle and Tweed Heads, wrapping up at The Tivoli in Brisbane on Saturday 26 February.
