Exciting news for James Reyne fans who have tickets to his show at Selina’s in Sydney on Saturday, 10 February, as Baby Animals have been added as special guests.
“Just announced ... Special guests Baby Animals,” Reyne posted on Facebook yesterday (22 November), “For ONE very special show Selina’s Sydney Feb 10. Tickets selling fast.”
Baby Animals added that they “can’t wait” for the “one show only” event. You can buy tickets to the concert here.
From January into March 2024, James Reyne will be touring across the country to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Australian Crawl’s iconic Crawl File.
Crawl File is packed with songs you know and love, from Reckless to Errol, Oh No Not You Again, Lakeside, Downhearted and Things Don’t Seem, opening with Beautiful People and closing with a raucous live rendition of the singalong-ready The Boys Light Up.

“It was all a long time ago,” Reyne reflected about Crawl File in a press release, “and sometimes I feel like it was another person who lived that life.”
He added, “But I’m still making music, and I’m still on the road. Australian Crawl was a great apprenticeship.”
In June, Baby Animals announced that their second album, Shaved And Dangerous, would be pressed to vinyl for the first time as the group celebrated the album’s 30th anniversary.
“In celebration of Shaved and Dangerous turning 30, we'll be pressing it to vinyl for the FIRST TIME, and limited-edition blue vinyl at that,” Baby Animals wrote on social media.
“And in a nice full circle moment, our release date for the vinyl, August 30 2023, will mark 30 years to the day (!!) of the album's original release.
“Get pre-ordering now; if the last vinyl release is anything to go by, these will be sold out within a day or two!!!”
Last year, Baby Animals celebrated the 30th anniversary of their debut self-titled album.
And for Crawl File fans, you can order the album on vinyl via Universal Music Australia here.
