Live Sessions: Elli Schoen - Mumma

A couple of weeks back saw the announcement of this year's (as always) FREE State Of The Art Festival, taking over Elizabeth Quay once again on the long weekend Monday, June 5. And in typical SOTA Fashion the lineup is a heady mix of old favourites (Karnivool, Gyroscope, Katy Steele) with exciting emerging artists like POW! Negro, Rag N' Bone, The Money War) for a day that's shaping up to be another cracker on the WA music events calendar.

We're linking up with SOTA to bring our Live Sessions series in to 2017, filming stripped back live versions from a few acts on the lineup, and following on from ZIGGY RAMO last week is a different vibe this week - Elli Schoen. A singer/songwriter who we've featured plenty on Pilerats in the past, including most recently her latest EP and video clip, we sat Elli down alone to knock out a stunning version of her single, Mumma.
