"Another absorbing, accessible album for fans of big, well-trained vocals."
"Hart’s battles with past turmoils and personal demons have always given her a treasure trove of material."
"There was a kind of synergy between all the musicians that spoke beyond wanting to play a great show; they wanted the audience to feel the heart and soul of blues music..."
"Despite the formal setting, Hart still manages to elicit audience participation and we join her to sing the smooth, rollercoaster harmonies..."
"And I’m one of them."
