Album Review: Tina Arena - Eleven

In a strange way Tina Arena is completely underrated in this country as she came from the Young Talent Time background.

Eleven shows an artist in full bloom with not just an incredible voice but some great songs to support her. As usual there are the radio-friendly tunes like Overload and I Want To Love You, which are produced for FM consumption. The real treats lie in the middle of the album where she expresses some deeper emotions. The co-write with Kate Miller-Heidke Not Still In Love With You is both clever and touching. When You're Ready is sublime and will no doubt be a favourite with her fans. Eleven is near perfection from an artist in her prime.
