"The players of Soothplayers are extremely talented at what they do, and the show is nothing short of awe-inspiring."

Featuring a variety of skilled performers from Melbourne's improv training centres, Soothplayers is a completely improvised Shakespeare play that differs each night based on audience suggestions for a title.

The players manage to channel the bawdy, innuendo-loving part of Shakespeare while constructing complex and engaging characters that had the audience roaring. Slip-ups are inevitable, but handled well; the entire show is a continuous expression of amazement from the audience, wondering just how do they do this? Indeed, the players of Soothplayers are extremely talented at what they do, and the show is nothing short of awe-inspiring.
