Comedy doesn't get much more hack than toilet humour. And Felicity Ward hacks the crap out of it. Sorry (not sorry).
Ward's show is deliberately embodied and wonderfully crafted, and it's a damn shame that she spends most of her time overseas these days. Hard not to adore (unless you're a hairless cat), she even managed to make the audience sing and do actions. Was this despite, or because, she was yelling at us 'Sing for Jesus, cunts!'? It doesn't really matter, because we did. And there was a toilet. And it was all damn good.
