Despite dubious tactics along the way and on overzealous pouring of Rosso Antico , Morgan triumphs Caden and is reinstated as Adelaide’s organ king, not that anyone needed convincing.
As the owner of Barry Morgan's World of Organs in Adelaide's Sunnyside Mall, Barry Morgan is not without his competitors. The cult hero and champion of the Hammond Aurora Classic has recently had his territory invaded by Digital DeciBells owner Braden Caden, selling instruments, and cheap keyboards at that, next door. What ensues over the course of the one-hour show is Morgan's quest to regain supremacy, in a bitter battle between two unfashionable salesmen.
When the show briefly breaks from its strict scripted format and Morgan plays a trivia style medley of hits including Living On A Prayer, Message In A Bottle, Push It and The Final Countdown it's clear to see why his clever mix of music and comedy has seen him support Gotye on a national tour and next month perform as the opening act for Jack Black and his band Tenacious D.
