Guns N’ Roses have shared a compilation video of Axl Rose’s best on-stage tumbles, amusing fans and haters alike with almost a whole minute of footage.
Throughout the 59-second clip, the band shared fourteen separate instances of their frontman falling over on stage. While Rose falls flat in most of the clips, one shows him deliberately orchestrating a tumble, and another sees him trip over and regain his balance.
Moreover, Louder Sound did the math and discovered that, out of Guns N’ Roses’ 1,092 shows across their career, Axl Rose has fallen over on stage on approximately 1.28% of their shows. The publication surmised that the total number of Rose falls over on stage tops other rock and roll frontmen, perhaps excluding Dave Grohl.
In an additional cheeky move, the band captioned the video soundtracked by Welcome To The Jungle, “Guns N’ Roses Greatest Hits.” You can watch all of Axl’s falls below.
The band’s reason for posting the video is unclear; however, they are currently on tour, and that’s one of the more fun methods of promoting tour dates. Guns N’ Roses will perform in Saudi Arabia this Friday, followed by dates in Abu Dhabi, Georgia, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, and more. They will wrap up their run of tour dates at Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany this July.
Earlier this year, Guns N’ Roses announced that their drummer of nineteen years, Frank Ferrer, was leaving the band, citing his departure as “amicable.”

Ferrer joined Guns N' Roses in 2006, taking over from Bryan 'Brain' Mantia, who had sat behind the kit since 2000. Previous drummers in the band include Josh Freese (1997 – 2000), Matt Sorum (1990 – 1997), Steven Adler (1985 – 1990), and Rob Gardner in 1985.
New drummer Isaac Carpenter joined the band in March and has appeared on the Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things Tour, which commenced this month.
Carpenter launched his musical career in 1995 as the drummer for Loudermilk (which initially began as a Guns N' Roses cover band). He's since performed with The Exies, Ours, and Loaded, was the drummer of Adam Lambert’s live band, and most recently spent a decade as the drummer for AWOLNATION.
