The acclaimed Idaho outfit will play three standalone shows this coming March
Venerated US-bred indie heroes Built To Spill have added to their impending journey to Australia for next year's Golden Plains festival with a trio of standalone headline sideshows up and down the east coast in March.
Five years after the band last graced Aussie shores, Built To Spill will precede their performance at Golden Plains on Sunday 13 March with a show at Sydney's Manning Bar on Thursday 10 March, The Zoo, in Brisbane, on Friday 11 March, and Melbourne's Corner Hotel on Saturday 12 March.
The sojourn brings with it a new album's worth of material since their last visit — this year's Untethered Moon — while the band's live show remains as vital as ever, more than two decades into their highly influential career.
Tickets for all shows will go on sale on Friday 30 October via the city's respective venues (Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne). For more information, see theGuide or check The Music App.
