Influential UK outfit The Animals have announced they will head to Australia this year for a very special greatest hits tour.
Founding member and drummer John Steel will be joined by original keyboardist Mick Gallagher, guitarist and vocalist Danny Handley and bassist Roberto Ruiz for the tour, which kicks off in October.
The band will start in Wollongong, before moving on to play in Canberra, Miranda, Revesby, Sydney, Rozelle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Shoal Bay, Sawtell, Gold Coast and Brisbane.
The set list will feature fan-favourite hits, including We Gotta Get Out Of This Place, Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood, Boom Boom, It’s My Life, The House Of The Rising Sun, I Put A Spell On You, Bring It On Home To Me and many more.
