It seems fans were fiends for one song in particular, which was performed six times in a row.

Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus tour officially kicked off in Australia last night, with the eclectic hip-hop artist baptising his return at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium.
With fans still awaiting their piece of Travis Scott glory over the coming weeks, a hint into what Scott will play has been revealed, with a setlist of the first show being uploaded online.
With hints of setlist curation being taken from Scott’s European Circus Maximus shows, it was expected that the HIGHEST IN THE ROOM singer would deliver a big set. Deliver he did; Travis Scott performed a massive 35 songs at his first Australian Circus Maximus show, spanning from his Rodeo (2015) roots to hits from larger-than-life projects ASTROWORLD (2018) and follow-up UTOPIA (2023).
Scott also brought four cover songs into the mix, performing Lil Uzi Vert’s Aye, Playboi Carti’s BACKR00MS, Praise God by Ye (Kanye West), as well as his collab on Future & Metro Boomin’s Type Shit.
Supported by popular crowd demand, Scott also played hit single FE!N a head-spinning six times. It’s believed the crowd encouragement came from the recent ‘memeification’ of the song, with online TikTokkers recording themselves saying the titular name over and over again.

Scott’s Australian leg of Circus Maximus will be continuing at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium tonight, with second shows for Sydney and Melbourne added due to demand. Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium, Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium, and Auckland’s Eden Park venue will be next in line for Scott’s talents.
The Music’s Jake Fitzpatrick reviewed the introductory show last night, stating that it would be a ‘complete disservice’ to simply call the spectacle a ‘concert’: “The CIRCUS MAXIMUS tour at Allianz Stadium is not just a concert; it’s a cultural moment, an unforgettable experience that redefines what a live performance can be. As fans emerge from the mosh pit, soaked and charged like batteries, it’s clear that Travis Scott has once again proven himself as a titan of the stage—a visionary artist whose impact on music and culture will echo on his juniors for years to come.”
Tickets for Scott’s Sydney and Brisbane shows are still available. Prices start at $29.90, and tickets are available from Ticketek’s website.
