Tinpan Orange Announce National Tour And New Album

Folk trio Tinpan Orange are due to release their exciting new single, Rich Man, on 12 Feb — in addition to this, they have just announced their fifth studio album, Love Is A Dog, and a huge national tour.

Rich Man is their first release from the concept album, telling a story of an every-man character, stuck in the rut of a failing relationship. Lubitz reflects on the feel of the tune, saying, "When I first heard the final mix, I had the feeling that it could have been used as a Bond theme if David Lynch was directing."

To celebrate their new single and upcoming album, Tinpan Orange will embark on a national tour starting on 15 April at Fairbridge Festival, 29 Apr in Hobart, 1 May in Launceston, 7 May in Melbourne, 8 May in Wallan, 14 May in Mullumbimby, 15 May in Brisbane, 20 May in Sydney, 28 May in Darwin, 4 June in Fremantle, finally wrapping up on 5 June in Adelaide.
