Tina Arena has postponed tour dates for the first time in her career due to illness.
The shows affected are her concerts at HOTA on the Gold Coast (today), Melbourne Town Hall (Friday, 20 October), and the Adelaide Festival Centre (Saturday, 21 October). Arena urges fans to hold on to tickets, as rescheduled dates and more information will be available soon.
You can read her post announcing the postponement of tour dates (shared on Facebook on 12 October) below.
Hi Everyone,
For the very first time, I have to postpone the rest of my Australian shows.
Believe me when I say, it was a hard decision. But remember, health always comes first. Therefore, to ensure it won't happen again... here we are.
Please hold on to your tickets, there will be more information soon.
I wish you all the very best, and my sincere apologies for any inconveniences.
Tina Arena recently performed two shows on her Australian tour – a sold-out gig at Night At The Barracks, Sydney, and the Perth Concert Hall. The shows are in promotion of her newly released album, Love Saves.
Arena said about her new album earlier this year, “Like many of us, I retreated inwards during the pandemic. I found solace in music.

“I processed my feelings the only way I know how – through my art. From rock bottom, I ran the gauntlet of human emotion. I faced my own demons, emerging [on] the other side transformed, triumphant, renewed and at peace. Remember, be brave, be vulnerable and love saves!”
The tour aimed to celebrate her first album of original material in almost eight years, and her most personal album to date. Arena added, “Love can uplift, and save us when we need it most. My hope for the Love Saves World Tour is to reach out and remind us all that we’re not alone.”
In July 2024, Tina Arena will headline the Birdsville Big Red Bash for the first time alongside Jon Stevens. The festival line-up includes further Aussie music legends, including Ian Moss, Colin Hay, Vanessa Amorosi, Casey Barnes, Fanny Lumsden, and many more.
