Many opportunities to catch these guys
Californian melodic punk act Strung Out have big plans for 2016 it seems, announcing today that they'll be returning to Australia and New Zealand to tour their newest record, Transmission.Alpha.Delta., over a mammoth 23 shows.
It's taken the skate-punk connoisseurs six years to craft their eighth studio album but vocalist Jason Cruz explains, "You have to live and experience other things in your life to have something to write about, to give value to what you’re singing about."
The five-piece will bring New Orleans punk outfit Pears along for the ride, which kicks off in Cairns on Wednesday, 2 March. Stopping by plenty of regional venues like Townsville, Maroochydore, Windsor and more, the bands will nearly play a show a night in Australia until 31 March, when they head to New Zealand.
The band are even offering VIP meet and greet packages in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne.
