Slide Guitarist Owen Campbell Plots Single Launch Tour

Blues slide guitarist Owen Campbell is preparing to head out on tour in support of his latest single Remember To Breathe, a tour which, incidentally, comes after a brief period of Campbell catching his breath after a busy 2013.

A long way from his Australia's Got Talent days, Canberra native Campbell is emerging as one of the most proficient blues guitarists in the country. His album The Pilgrim was released last year, produced with help from renowned knob-twiddler Mark Opitz (AC/DC, Jeff Lang, Cold Chisel and INXS).

Presented by The Music, the tour kicks off just before the Deni Blues & Roots Festival and then winds its way up and down the east coast of Australia.
