Slash's Brother Blasts Guns N' Roses Fans: 'Fuck a Reunion, Axl Is A Fat Bastard'

Ever since it was publicly announced that former Guns N' Roses band mates Slash and Axl Rose have buried the hatchet after a near 20-year feud, it's been rumoured that the boys are planning a reunion tour, but not everyone is convinced and apparently that includes Slash's own family members. 

Just days after Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst claimed that the reunion is happening sooner than we think, Slash's brother Ash Hudson has taken to Facebook (as captured by Ultimate Guitar) to shut down the speculation and in doing so, lashed out at hopeful fans, as well as the GNR frontman. 

"Fuck a reunion," Hudson wrote. 

"If you love Guns, enjoy what they made and move on."

Hudson slammed those who are hoping for a reunion as an "undercover fanboy" and added that the shows would only result in criticism. 

"It's all so dumb to me. Not sure if I'm making myself clear. But grow up. Get a life. If I get one more fucker asking me will Guns do a reunion tour I'm blocking them," he wrote. 

"Axl is a fat bastard and the reunion would only be a disappointment and an action that would result in criticism. Just sayin'."

Hudson said the iconic rockers have "nothing left to prove" and compared the move to that of The Rolling Stones who he believes are nothing like the band they were in the '70s, but rather a "circus act".

"You loved Axl when he was beautiful now he's Fat Elvis. So move on people."

Slash is yet to respond.

Meanwhile, keyboardist Dizzy Reed, who this year celebrates his 25th anniversary in the band, has admitted in an interview with Loudwire that he has considered the idea of the original line-up getting back together. 

"Sure, you wonder those things," Reed said. 

"[Former bassist Duff McKagan] joined the band recently for some shows in South America last year. [Former guitarist Izzy Stradlin] turns up from time to time with a guitar and wants to get up and play, and so, you know, there’s been a taste of it. That’s cool, you know? Whatever. Whatever happens, happens."
