That's what we call being a super fan.

A Screaming Jets fan has honoured the Aussie rock legends with a dramatic neck tattoo, and we’re in awe.
Tattooing the artwork of the band’s latest album, Professional Misconduct, on his neck, it’s safe to say that Toowoomba man Ian Profke is a super fan, and the album art lends itself well to tattoos. Check out an image below.
Profke has been met with praise on the Screaming Jets Official Facebook Fan Page, with a peer writing, “Best one seen yet nice”. Another said, “Now that’s Loven Ya Favourite Band”, and a fan claimed that Profke shares a resemblance with singer Dave Gleeson, writing: “you have a stunt double mate”.
Professional Misconduct was released on Friday, 6 October, via Rocket Records. The new album from The Screaming Jets – celebrating their 35th anniversary as a band in 2024 – was preceded by two singles, Nothing To Lose and Second Chance.
You can catch The Screaming Jets playing the new stuff and the classics on an expansive tour from this month until February 2024 – find all the tour dates below. Tickets are available now from the Screaming Jets website.
The album was released in honour of their dearly departed bassist and songwriter, Paul Woseen, who suddenly passed away in September.

Earlier this year, The Music’s Stephen Green called on ARIA to induct The Screaming Jets into the Hall of Fame, writing, “The Screaming Jets were arguably one of the last big ‘working class’ bands. They weren’t better than you. They WERE one of you.”
In one simple sentence, that says everything you need to know about The Screaming Jets and why fans like Profke get the band’s album art tattooed on their bodies.
