Sydney's Domain became the stage for an unforgettable night as Post Malone delighted fans by bringing out Aussie legend The Kid LAROI on stage on Wednesday evening (Nov. 10).

Despite facing wild weather conditions, fans who braved the elements were rewarded with an extraordinary collaboration between the two chart-topping artists, performing LAROI’s track Bleed, and their recent duet Wasting Angels as they sat cross-legged on stage for the epic performances.

The open-air concert faced unexpected challenges earlier as Sydney weather took a turn for the worse late on Wednesday afternoon, coinciding with the scheduled opening of the gates for the massive show.

Live Nation issued a series of updates urging attendees to delay their arrival and, later, to seek shelter as the weather conditions worsened.

The company said in a tweet: “Due to approaching storm please move immediately & seek shelter in the City precinct. Please delay your arrival at Post Malone until weather has passed. This is a temporary measure, we will advise further updates as they become available.”

Luckily for punters, the skies miraculously cleared just in time for Post Malone's 8:45 pm on-stage appearance, allowing the show to proceed as planned.

Posty is currently in Australia for three headline shows under the stars in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, as well as having performed a slew of epic sets at Spilt Milk 2023.

This surprise collaboration follows Post Malone's recent antics at another Australian show, where he attempted to break a record for the most "shoeys" during a performance.

The singer managed an impressive (or perhaps regrettable) feat of seven shoeys during last week's Brisbane show, the final during which he gifted his guitar to a fan and exited with a seventh and final shoey from his own sneaker.

“Thank you for breaking the world record of shoeys tonight with me. I’ve been Austin Richard Post; make some noise for this amazing band right here,” he declared at the conclusion of the Brisbane show.
