"It feels amazing to come out of COVID retirement and play again."
Beloved Sydney artist Patrick James has today announced a series of intimate headline shows across the east coast in early 2022.
James has established himself as a compelling songwriter and producer with his transformative sound that combines classic love song tropes with a contemporary aesthetic.
He's already a notable name on stage, having supported the likes of Boy & Bear, The Paper Kites, Josh Pyke, Emma Louise and Pete Murray as well as holding his own on multiple headline tours.
On announcing the tour, James stated: "It feels amazing to come out of COVID retirement and play again. I'm very much looking forward to seeing old faces and new at these shows and super keen to play a bunch of new stuff that I've never performed live before, along with all the golden oldies! It will definitely be a chance for me to get back to what I love doing the most. I can't wait."
The tour kicks off at Black Bear Lodge in Brisbane on March 3, before heading to the Leadbeater in Melbourne and The Great Club in Sydney.
