Over two massive weeks, a run of open-air concerts will return to the Sydney Opera House Forecourt for the On The Steps concert series.
The fortnight of live music will take place from Tuesday, 26 November, to Tuesday, 10 December, and will star renowned Australian and international stars.
Beginning the series on the first night with Heat Waves hitmakers Glass Animals, the local contingent will be represented by sold-out Troye Sivan and Missy Higgins gigs, performances from Tones & I and Tina Arena with American singer Richard Marx, extra international acts Two Door Cinema Club and Declan McKenna, and New Zealand’s Brooke Fraser with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
This year’s On The Steps is the third presented by promoters Live Nation and arrives in partnership with the Australian music charity Support Act. Tickets to all events are on sale now – you can find them on the Live Nation website.
More than 50,000 punters are expected to enjoy live music behind the dramatic views of the Sydney Opera House steps and Sydney Harbour Bridge this summer.
Live Nation will match all donations made through On The Steps’ golden ticket promotion and other efforts, with proceeds going to Support Act.

Mike Ross, promoter at Live Nation Australia, said of this year’s program, “We couldn’t be more excited to be bringing our annual On The Steps series back to the Sydney Opera House Forecourt.
“This year features more shows than ever, which is testament to the enthusiasm we see from fans to attend concerts here, and the interest from artists to perform in such a globally recognisable location. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in November.”
Clive Miller, the CEO of Support Act, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Live Nation for this truly epic series of concerts on the steps of the much-loved Sydney Opera House.
“It’s a wonderful celebration of Australian and international music and a great opportunity to raise funds to support music workers who are doing it tough, especially in the lead-up to Christmas. We look forward to being part of this wonderful concert series.”
