The tree is inspired by the Cammeraygal story and the angophora (Sydney Red Gum), to create an artwork that brings together light, colour and movement to create a dramatic impression across the Sydney skyline.
Each weekend will boast a different chef and menu, curated by Bloodwood & Popla's Claire Van Vuuren, including Jane Strode (Fred’s, Sydney), Analiese Gregory (Franklin, Hobart) and Thi Lee (Anchovy, Melbourne).
The series kicks off on the first Friday in Feb and will run on weekend evenings through Feb at Towns Place, Barangaroo. Find out more here.
