Nas Announces Australian Headline Shows

Acclaimed American rapper Nas has announced further Australian shows to go with his upcoming headline appearance at Sugar Mountain festival.

The hip hop veteran will, as with his Sugar Mountain appearance, perform his seminal album Illmatic in full for fans at his shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth this January.

The album was released in 1994 and is considered one of hip hop's most classic and critically adored records, despite not reaching high commercial success in the charts. Nas reissued the LP earlier this year to mark its 20th anniversary and, as we noted, it still holds up.

Frontier and Niche members can access pre-sale for 24 hours between Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 November. General sale tickets are available from 9am on Friday 14 November. The tour is proudly presented by The Music.
