This week's instalment of Like A Version saw Sydney singer-songwriter Mec Mac give an epic rendition of Billie Eilish's No Time To Die, the theme song for the James Bond film of the same name.
"I chose this song because I'm obsessed with all the James Bond theme songs," Mac explained to triple j.
"It's always been a little dream of mine - not a little dream, a big dream - to sing a James Bond theme song. This is probably the closest I'll ever get to achieving that dream."
Stepping back into the Like A Version studio for the first time since 2017, Mac truly added her signature sound to the cover, creating an uptempo, fresh take on the famously sultry tune.
"No Time To Die is so beautiful and I didn't realise how beautiful it was until I was at the piano and I was singing it," she said.
"Billie Eilish's voice is quite soft and the song's quite slow but it felt so good to just belt it out."
