Magic Dirt are getting back on the road and celebrating 25 years of Young And Full Of The Devil this year, with dates spanning from July through to November. Find all the dates below.
The influential Australian rock outfit led by vocalist and guitarist Adalita, guitarist Raúl Sánchez and touring members Steve Patrick (bass) and drummer Dan McKay are honouring the seminal album, with a reissue released on Friday, 7 April, to celebrate the milestone.
Featuring timeless anthems such as She-Riff, Rabbit With Fangs and Babycakes, Young And Full Of The Devil marked a significant departure from Magic Dirt’s 1996 debut album, Friends In Danger.
Stepping away from the brooding and introspective vibes of their past, the band infused their follow-up album with raw power, beauty, and assured chaos balanced by their signature guitar tones and Adalita’s desperate vocals.
The success of Young And Full Of The Devil propelled Magic Dirt to greater heights, leading to notable achievements such as a UK/European tour supporting The Heads and the main support act for Silverchair's national Freak Show tour of Australia.
To celebrate the album's enduring legacy, Magic Dirt will embark on an 18-date national tour, performing Young And Full Of The Devil in full, plus a selection of their most loved hits. You can buy tickets on the band’s website.

Co-producer Lindsay Gravina said about Adalita’s performance on Young And Full Of The Devil, “This is the album where there could no longer be any question that Adalita had surpassed every female icon in Australian Rock history, and most of the male ones too... When she sings, it's always the truth; it’s raw, sometimes it’s scary, sometimes sublime. And where else are you gonna hear lyrics like that?”
