Lorde Is Buzzing On This Melbourne Artist Right Now

Just a few months out from the release of her debut album, Laura Jean has scored a new fan in pop superstar Lorde who has given the Melbourne songwriter a massive wrap. 

Lorde took to Twitter to praise Jean's single, Touchstone; the first single and video from the forthcoming LP, Devotion.

"Super into this @laurajeanmusic song ‘Touchstone’ atm which is maybe the sharpest communication of the spooky, all-consuming nature of feminine love I’ve ever seen," Lorde tweeted. 

The New Zealand singer has since recommended the tune to a few friends, including US Academy Award-winning actress, Brie Larsen.
