Well, this week's Hot 50 is somewhat surprising compared to the previous week. Yes, Taylor Swift's Anti-Hero is still #1, and Ed Sheeran's Celestial is in second place, but Lizzo has dipped six places from third to ninth with 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready). Lil Nas X's League Of Legends World Anthem, Star Walkin has moved up to third, followed by Lewis Capaldi's Forget Me, a few collaborations in the Sam Smith and Kim Petras hit, Unholy, Post Malone and Roddy Rich's Cooped Up, above Meghan Trainor's Made You Look and David Guetta and Bebe Rexha's I'm Good (Blue). Beyoncé's Cuff It closes the top ten once again.
The first Aussie artist on the Hot 50 appears in the form of Shouse at #12 - they're on the chart with their Jason Derulo collab, Never Let You Go. Other Aussies on the chart are Dean Lewis at #13 with How Do I Say Goodbye, PNAU and Troye Sivan are at #20 with You Know What I Need, Amy Shark's Only Wanna Be With You is 26th, The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber's hit STAY remains on the chart for its 80th week at #35, Vance Joy's Clarity is 38th, his newest single Catalonia is at #41, and The Kid LAROI reappears at #49 with A Thousand Miles.
Miley Cyrus's newest hit, Flowers, tops this week's TikTok chart. The US singer is followed by The King Khan & BBQ Show's Love You So, a surprising appearance by Taylor Swift's Speak Now, Sunroof by Nicky Youre and dazy, and more. Unlike last week, the TikTok chart isn't overcome by old songs, but there is a sped-up version of Justine Skye's Collide, which just doesn't make sense.
After two weeks on the triple j chart, Kira Puru has stormed to first place with Talk With Me. Paramore's The News has moved up two spots to #2, Oh My by Luude feat. Issey Cross and Moby has debuted at #3, Adam Newling's Barmy has debuted in fourth place, and Tia Gostelow is fifth with Say It To My Face. Last week's chart-toppers, Lime Cordiale and Colin Hay are nowhere to be seen. Other debuts on this week's triple j chart include SZA, Teenage Dads, bbno$, Ziggy Ramo feat. Alice Skye, and spill tab.
The Kid LAROI dominance continues on the NIMAs airplay chart; he retains the top two spots with his bangers, Justin Bieber collab STAY and Thousand Miles. He's also picked up third place with WITHOUT YOU. Tia Gostelow follows, then it's Baker Boy and Bernard Fanning's reworked Wish You Well, Ziggy Ramo's collaboration with Alice Skye, Sugar Coated Lies, with Kanada The Loop, Becca Hatch, and Thelma Plum snapping up the remaining spots.
