Adelaide metal fans have something to look forward to this December, with Good Things Festival headliners Korn heading to the city for an exclusive headline show.
While fans along the East Coast get to see Korn headline Good Things in Melbourne (Friday, 6 December), Sydney (Saturday, 7 December), and Brisbane (Sunday, 8 December), Adelaide punters will be treated to a one-off performance just a few nights before Good Things Festival mayhem kicks off.
Korn will headline the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Wednesday, 4 December. No special guests have been announced at the time of publication, but it’s safe to say that another act from the Good Things bill will join them in Adelaide.
Early bird pre-sale tickets will be available this Wednesday, 9 October, at 9 am ACDT time – you can register here for pre-sale ticket access. The general sale opens on Friday, 11 October, at 9 am ACDT time. You can find more ticketing information on the Destroy All Lines website.
From the ‘90s to their 2022 album, Requiem, Korn have remained a mainstay in the heavy music circuit. Requiem is Korn's tenth Top 10 album in Australia and third #1, following 1998’s Follow The Leader and 1999’s Issues.
In a review for The Music, writer Rod Whitfield described the band’s latest full-length offering as “short, sharp and memorable”, noting that “if you’re even a passing fan of this band, you’ll enjoy Requiem.” You can read the full review here.
