The artist was charged today.
Kirin J Callinan has been charged by police for allegedly exposing himself on the red carpet of last year's ARIA Awards.
According to The Guardian, the Sydney artist was charged today with wilful and obscene exposure in a public place.
In New South Wales, the charge can equate to a $1,100 fine or a six-month prison sentence.
Callinan's manager, Todd Wagstaff, confirmed the alleged incident is "currently before the court".

"It is therefore not appropriate to make a comment at this stage," Wagstaff said.
"Kirin will be speaking about the matter at the appropriate time."
The news comes only hours after Callinan was confirmed on the line-up for the upcoming Party In The Paddock festival, following his expulsion from the Laneway events.
It has been speculated that Callinan's alleged stunt at the ARIAs was one of the reason he was dropped from the festival bill.
