A duet with Australia’s favourite talk show host is the next shenanigan for Peking Duk’s Adam Hyde.

If turning the Bunnings Rave from a dream into a reality wasn’t enough, Adam Hyde is willing to beat the feat by 10%.
The artist, who is one-half of Peking Duk and the sole creator behind Keli Holiday, has teamed up with one of Australia’s wackiest television personalities to offer a beautiful duet complete with eye makeup and silk button-ups.
Creating tunes under his solo moniker Keli Holiday, Hyde posted a reel to his Instagram two months ago covering Nick Cave’s classic ballad Into My Arms. Unaware of what would happen next, the singer received a DM from none other than Karl Stefanovic from the Today Show.
“I’m prepared to do a duet with you,” the presenter messaged.

Karl Stefanovic is no stranger to Australia’s latest and greatest, having laughed over X-rated jokes with FISHER, learnt how to perfect his metal growl with Voyager, and flashed the sign of the horns when chatting with The Chats.
Karl also has a longstanding history with Hyde’s electronic band, Peking Duk.
“We met Karl Stefanovic at a party,” bandmate Reuben Styles says in an interview with Pedestrian.
“We just freaked out and just ran up like, “Karl, we just love you.”
He was like “Oh, Peking Duk! Hi!” Hyde added.
Stefanovic would go on to create a viral video plugging Peking Duk, which introduced their 2014 Stereosonic set. Hyde later announced in an interview this was a planned stunt between the band and the presenter.
Performed with an accompanying music video to showcase the marvel, Keli Holiday and Karl Stefanovic will be releasing their duet to the world soon. The catch is that we have to patiently anticipate what song will be covered.
“Whoever guesses the song will have good luck n forehead kisses for 7 years,” Holiday commented.
