The singer-songwriter returns with his second LP in tow.
He has just released his second LP The Great Despiser and now Chicago singer-songwriter Joe Pug is doing what he does best; packing up his guitar and hitting the road, playing to anyone who will listen across the planet.
He's toured Australia a few times now and managed to garner more and more support from the Australian public on each and every tour. If the early response to the aforementioned second record is anything to go by, this isn't going to cease anytime soon, it's another bunch of songs that chronicle the human condition, something he does so well, and delivered in his intimate, almost confessional style, they are bound to be a treat on the live stage.
He heads up the east coast with seven-piece string band Little Bastard in tow, their brash, upbeat brand of self-proclaimed “party-country” something that sounds very alluring indeed.
Dates are below and tickets are on sale now.
