James Reyne's Annual Cup Eve At The Corner To Go Ahead As Live Stream

Now in its sixth year, James Reyne's annual Cup Eve show at Melbourne's Corner Hotel is going ahead in 2020 as a live-streamed event.

With Melbourne venues under COVID restrictions, Reyne can't perform to an in-person audience but can have the gig go ahead as a virtual event.

The show will be streamed out of the Corner from 7.30 pm on Monday 2 November.

Reyne, like many artists, has played limited shows this year, having participated in a streamed Delivered, Live event earlier in 2020.

The Cup Eve gig will find Reyne going through his back catalogue of solo material as well as plundering the hits of his Australian Crawl days. "Surprises" have been promised as well.
