High-Rise Plans Reportedly Approved For FISHER

9 News Gold Coast and realestate.com.au report that a nine-storey high-rise project owned by FISHER has reportedly been approved.
9 News Gold Coast reports that the Gold Coast-based DJ’s plans to build the nine-storey apartment building have been approved for the Palm Beach vicinity. However, two houses, one of which is a 1950s beach shack, will be demolished to make way for the project.
FISHER’s nine-storey block is set to house high-quality residential units, a pool, gym, sauna, ice baths, and underground parking. At the time of writing, the DJ hasn’t yet commented on the reported plans.
According to a realestate.com.au report, the high-rise has been designed by BDA Architects. The contemporary-looking building will be located on a 796-square-metre site with reported “unobstructed beach views” along Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach.
The report adds that, according to property records seen by realestate.com.au, FISHER purchased a 413-square-metre site for $2.1 million in February 2020 and secured the neighbouring lot for $3.1 million last April.
