Australian punk rockers Hard-Ons are having a hell of a time right now, having recently announced a 40th-anniversary tour and The Music sharing a video premiere of their latest single, Buzz Buzz Buzz.
Today, the beloved band have announced their latest album, I Like You A Lot Getting Older, which marks Hard-Ons’ third release with its current line-up: OG members Peter “Blackie” Black and Ray Ahn alongside Murray Ruse and the perpetual newcomer, You Am I’s Tim Rogers.
The forthcoming album follows the release of 2021's ARIA Top 5 debuting I'm Sorry Sir, That Riff's Been Taken and last year's Top 30 debuting Ripper '23. I Like You A Lot Getting Older will be released on Friday, 4 October, via Cheersquad Records & Tapes.
Hard-Ons’ new album will be released on black vinyl, CD and digitally. As well as those releases, fans can also get their hands on limited vinyl, including clear vinyl with orange smoke (100 only), clear vinyl with blue smoke (100 only) and clear vinyl with pink smoke (100 only).
An exclusive limited-edition green vinyl pressing (250 only, with a different colour on the cover) will also be available via the album's UK distributor, Forte. In addition to vinyl copies, Hard-Ons will release a limited-edition cassette (100 only). You can pre-order physical copies of the LP here and pre-save the album here.
