The beloved Brisbane band have unveiled a new single to celebrate the occasion.
Barely Dressed Records has a history of aligning itself with excellence, commanding a cabal of artists that includes the likes of Gold Class, Jim Lawrie, Oh Pep!, Jess Ribeiro and more, and Brisbane's Good Boy mark the newest addition to that esteemed group as a result of their just-announced signing.
The good news comes concurrent with the announcement of the trio's eagerly awaited new EP, Shirk Life, due for release on Friday 10 November on Barely Dressed/Remote Control Records.
To mark the occasion, the band have unveiled the video for the EP's first single, Fishing With A Shotgun, created by beloved oddball SPOD.
"Fishing With A Shotgun is a dig at the disgusting, spineless leaders that run our country, the dismal state of Australian politics and the gutless idiots too dumb and stupid to say or do anything," frontman Rian King said in a statement. “It talks about the helplessness felt by thousands of young Aussies.”
