Gomez, Youssou N'Dour, Canned Heat, Hurray For The Riff Raff, and Walter Trout have today announced their sideshows for their 2018 Bluefest appearance.
Returning to Australia for the first time in six years, Gomez will be taking to venues in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne. It's the 20th anniversary of their breakout album, Bring It On, so fans will certainly be in for a treat. They'll be kicking things off at Sydney's Enmore Theatre on 31 Mar, before circling around to Melbourne's 170 Russell on 1 Apr and finishing at Metro City in Perth on 4 Apr.
Senegal musician, actor and politician Youssou N'Dour is set to play two huge shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Known for his solo works like 1994's 7 Seconds, N'Dour is also familiar with Aussie audiences thanks to his collaborations with Peter Gabriel and Paul Simon. He'll be playing the Sydney Opera House on 28 Mar and Melbourne's Hamer Hall on 31 Mar.
Legendary act, Canned Heat, have got five massive sideshows planned with two in Sydney before heading to Newcastle, Adelaide and Melbourne. Known for songs like On The Road Again, Going Up Country and Let's Work Together, these are set to be special shows filled with hits from their forty year long career.

Compared to the likes of Gillian Welch, Laura Marling and Rhiannon Giddens, Hurray For The Riff Raff are ready to impress crowds in Sydney and Melbourne. Fronted by Alynda Segarra, Hurray For The Riff Raff are one of the most buzzed about bands to be playing next year's Bluesfest.
Five decades into his career, Walter Trout is returning to Aus to play to crowds in Melbourne and Sydney. Trout will be celebrating his latest album, We're All In This Together, at The Corner and The Factory Theatre shows.
