All Female Comedy Show Frocking Hilarious Makes Melbourne Debut

One of Australia's first all-women comedy galas is making its debut in Melbourne, following rave reviews in Sydney earlier this year.

Frocking Hilarious raises funds through laughs for ActionAid Australia with the aim of empowering women living in poverty all over the world to stand up for their rights.

The Melbourne realisation of the gala features Australia's best female comics, many of whom are long-time supporters of ActionAid. Those who attend the show on 25 Nov at Athenaeum Theatre will be treated to hilarity of Celia Pacquola, Hannah Gadsby, Claire Hooper, Tegan Higginbotham and many more. 

A show of this status should encourage many Melburnians to come along, have a laugh and celebrate women's rights. After all, women deserve the strength and support to laugh in the face of adversity that many face every day.
