"Thanks for giving me the shittest tattoo ever, Frank. You're welcome, Frank."
As you may or may not know, British rocker Frank Carter regards himself a tattoo artist first and a musician second, so when Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes' new album Modern Ruin debuted at #7 on the UK Charts this week, you can guess what he did.
Nah, you probably can't, because it's a little batshit insane. While on Facebook Live, Carter tattooed the word 'seven' on his own neck in the mirror, and it looks terrible.
And we're not being mean here — he knows it's bad, even cheekily sharing on Facebook, "it's not going very well but uh… fuck it." He later told a fan on Instagram, "hahah I literally have no idea how I made it look so bad ha".
He notes that it "really fucking hurts", he's "a bit drunk" and "can't fucking see" what he's doing, but the pure joy on Carter's face as he celebrates their top ten debut is flippin' adorable.

Our favourite part might just be when Carter goes, "oh shit, my mum's just joined! HI MUM! Sorry! We're #7 in the charts mum, so I'm tattooing it on my neck!"
Second to when he goes, "Thanks for giving me the shittest tattoo ever, Frank. You're welcome, Frank."
Ah, bless.
