First Artist Announcement For Shir Madness

Following last year's smash Melbourne debut, Shir Madness Jewish Music Festival is back in Sydney with a whole new line-up at the Bondi Pavilion 18 Sep.

The first acts released for the event include Melbourne's Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, who directed last year's Melbourne Festival. There's also New York-based singer/actress Alexis Fishman, Jewish/Assyrian dance-rock world-beat outfit Azadoota, body/junk percussion and high energy skit group Junkyard Beats, Sydney jazz legend Leonie Cohen with her Melbourne trio Bashevis Singers, cultural melting pot of dance and song Masha's Legacy and more to come.
