American sludge metallers Eyehategod have announced an Australian tour for the coming new year.
The news will no doubt ease the pain of fans who were keen to see the band in action earlier this year, a tour that was subsequently cancelled.
The veteran band will perform shows in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this January, with ticket details in theGuide and The Music App.
The New Orleans outfit have been together since 1988 and are considered one of the premiere bands to emerge out of the NOLA metal scene around that time.

Despite founding member Joey LaCaze's passing in 2013, the stalwarts have soldiered on, releasing their first album (Eyehategod) in over a decade earlier this year.
