"I am so looking forward to touring 'Lilac Everything.'"
Following the release of Lilac Everything last August, Emma Louise has revealed she will be taking the record on the road this September.
Playing shows in Melbourne, Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney and Byron Bay, the run will be the first time Louise has toured Australia since 2016 and the first time fans will be able to hear her musical alter-ego Joseph live.
“I am so looking forward to touring Lilac Everything," Louise shared.
"This is my favourite album to date. The making of it was so magical and I know the live performance will be too and I can’t wait to share that with you.”
Initially, people had doubts about Louise's decision to pitch down her voice on the latest record but speaking to The Music last year she said, "I just had this force, this feeling, that this was the right thing to do."

“I didn’t think too much of it...
“I could definitely say that I did [think of it as a concept], come up with something about it being an exploration of the female/male balance, or some attempt to be genderless, but I wasn’t thinking of that.”
Louise will be joined on tour by Emerson Snow and Greta Stanley.
Tickets for the shows go on sale this Friday 7 June. Scroll down to theGuide for all the details.
